Residence in Kottawa

The client was looking for a better design through simplicity – simplicity of form, spaces, basic materials, details and colors. He also highly expected a site responded design which is situated near a huge paddy field.

The main idea was to open-out family gathering spaces to the paddy field as much as possible as one large space (living + dining + kitchen). Residence designed with clean, open, light-filled spaces and simple detailing devoid of decorations to achieve the limited budget. Total floor area was 2200 Sqft which includes a living ,a dining, a kitchen,  2 bedrooms , a common bathroom , a master bedroom with attached bathroom, single parking and balconies.
